The grain crusher is used to crush corn, peas, beans, barley, wheat, oats, and other grains. Crushed grains have a higher nutritional value compared to ground grain. Also they are easier to digest and the body absorbs their nutrients better. This makes them an ideal animal feed.
The grains are poured into the hopper from which they travel through the sieve between two mounted rollers. These rollers crush the grains into uniformly shaped flakes. The thickness and size of the flakes can be changed by adjusting a special grain feed valve and the gaps between the rollers.
